Great review, but they got the name wrong in both the title and in the article text.  It ani't a "Standard".

great review!

this made me chuckle:

"why settle for Les when you can still enjoy the real deal for a whole lot less?"

appears they have started using the term "standard" for their base models...see:

Yep, and they use the "Custom" nomenclature ("Custom Collection") for the high end models.  My sense in the article however, was that the author was making reference to the Gibson LP 'Standard', and possibly confusing those unfamiliar with Heritage.

No big deal, but you know how us anal retentive cats can be.

null THE BOTTOM LINE If you desire a single-cutaway solidbody that oozes vintage Kalamazoo mojo and don’t want to drop six figures, the Heritage Standard H-150 delivers the same thrills for a lot less bills

This Demo sounds GREAT with headphones!  Is the double layered pickgaurd that's on H535 come standard now? It looks really nice!

I know I keep kicking the dead horse here but when is somebody from that company going to acknowledge some of these types of questions?

It's just crazy to me that they seem utterly disinterested in improving they're public image with any kind of acknowledgement of these SIGNIFICANT updates to the product line.
