Garbo Posted February 20, 2020 Posted February 20, 2020 New to this group. Picked up the guitar this weekend appears to be a h-127 custom with a custom headstock similar to the h-160v built in 1988 curious as to your thoughts
Garbo Posted February 21, 2020 Author Posted February 21, 2020 Found these in the case as well cards with photos and describing details about every guitar in their line up
bsck1 Posted February 21, 2020 Posted February 21, 2020 What a great find, guitar and product cards. Congratulations!
kennyv4 Posted February 21, 2020 Posted February 21, 2020 The previous owner sure took care of that guitar. What a beauty. Welcome to the Forum and congratulations.
DetroitBlues Posted February 21, 2020 Posted February 21, 2020 We had a member a few years ago, find a rather abused H127, had it refinished to be very similar to that one. Totonka I believe...
FredZepp Posted February 21, 2020 Posted February 21, 2020 Nice one. These quirky old Heritages are a nice find... examples of early crafting of the Heritage Guitar of Kalamazoo.
jacques Posted March 1, 2020 Posted March 1, 2020 I had one from the late Eighties with two humbuckers and the bridge pickup was positioned in a normal straight way. And, let me think hard... also that funny but rather complicated switching system Var-I-Phase. Seems like there were some H-127 variations.
Garbo Posted March 3, 2020 Author Posted March 3, 2020 Happy to report this beautiful guitar is back on its way to one of its previous owners
