EGiova Posted April 5, 2021 Posted April 5, 2021 Hello everyone, I am new here and this is my first post. And I come with a question: I own a Heritage VIP2 that I bought around 1986, but I lost all the certificates (I moved a lot in 35 years, and something happened... when, no idea.) I bought the guitar in France, and I would like to know if there is a way to get a facsimile of the original certificate. (about the photo : I'm cleaning her, cleaning the fretboard, etc. I do that every nine months, more o less. She's a bit beaten because I toured a lot but, she never -never- let me down. Thirty five years of romance...)
High Flying Bird Posted April 5, 2021 Posted April 5, 2021 If you have another Heritage Guitar you could scan the card and create a new one. I wouldn't worry about not having the card because it doesn't give you anything the guitar doesn't already have. If I were buying it I wouldn't even worry about that card.
DetroitBlues Posted April 5, 2021 Posted April 5, 2021 You won’t be able to get a replacement. No guitar company will do that I can think of.
EGiova Posted April 5, 2021 Author Posted April 5, 2021 @High Flying Bird Instigating fraud ? Mmmmh @DetroitBlues That's what I thought also. In case I have to travel, I hope I won't have problem. Anyway, thank you both very much for your response. Happy Easter, and have a lovely day.
