Hi all, and apologies if this is in the wrong place, I'm kinda lost here.

My question is....

When did they STOP making the H 140 CM? 

My son has one that he bought about a decade ago, and it sits on the wall with all my other guitars, and I was wondering, if the serial number is correct.

Its partially rubbed off, but I think it starts with an "R". That would be 2001 if I'm correct, but I thought the original, uncovered coil, almond versions didnt run that long? 

It does NOT have the raised neck volute as I've seen on some models. 

I know the history of almost every guitar in my collection, but the last time I had tried to contact Heritage, ( pretty darn long ago ) the woman on the phone had said that most of the recorded info from the beginning years of this production were no longer available. Seems like the website is a bit more up to date, but some links like for the discontinued models wasnt available. 

Any help would be great.

They still had that model in the 2005 catalogue. I think is around 2009-2010 they went to the 2nd edition model.
