Keystone replacement tuners for H150?

Hi All,

Is there a direct replacement (no drilling needed) in the keystone plastic (white / greenish) tuner knob style

for the Heritage H150 grover tuners?

Post a pic of the front and back of the headstock. That will help.

If you’re just looking for new buttons to retrofit onto your Grover’s; hipshot buttons fit Grover’s; and they have quite a few options. 
 

If you’re looking to swap entire tuning machines; then as PK said, would help to see the back to see what mounting position your current timers have.

Note that if you are replacing the tuners, Hipshots will not work. Heritage headstocks are slightly thicker than Gibsons. It's just enough to make stringing the guitar difficult. Use Gotoh, Grover, or Kluson tuners. Some Sperzels will also work.

I replaced the tuning buttons only. 

You have to work with the screw tension a little bit when you swap them.

Thanks all, I'll look into the hipshot buttons! My H150 is a 2017 model.
