Shared from Facebook. As I continue to build guitars here in the shop, I am sometimes asked about a guitar that I designed for Gibson and though I never designed one for Gibson, I did one time design one for Heritage. It never went into actual production but professional pictures were made, complete with specs. It was called the Heritage H-125 Rambow and was a variation on my offset design. The pre-Plaza floating pick ups for the archtop models were made by Ken Rambow.

Wow, I've heard of that, very cool!

Looks good in red. I guess you could say: you drew first blood?

Groan....I'll see myself out

Kenny also makes his own guitars and before the big turn-over, Heritage was finishing them.

I imagine those days are over.

For some reason I thought those had tele pickups in them?

Maybe I saw pics of a different model: it was years ago

Talked to Mike at Heritage and the Whale was sold during the garage sale.

The Blue Whale is out there somewhere.
