At low levels the sound was nice & full: both amps had slightly different sonic signatures that combined into a glorious ocean of sound. You mean like this? Victoria Regal II and a Vox AC15 (you should have heard this sound)...

If you aren't mic'ing to the PA, with two amps let the decibel wars begin with the drums, bass, and singer. No mic’s for the amps. Won’t be cranking either amp, but the variety in sound with the two seems glorious. Being both amps are 1x12 combos, it’s really not a big deal…
greywolf66 Posted July 5, 2023 Posted July 5, 2023 I've been running 2 amp setups for 30 years , one clean and one more dirty . I used a Boogie studio 22 / Peavey classic 30 for a decade and now run 2 PRS hand built single channel tube amps .. (sadly out of production) The 50w paisley is essentialy a Plexi and the blonde DG 30 is like an AC30 on steroids
