yngwie308 Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 My beloved GM Amberburst, form the original series of 75, my Almondburst is just as beautiful, but this one plays the best for me! yngwie308
mars_hall Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 Place these in your member's gallery area or they may be lost.
barrymclark Posted July 22, 2009 Posted July 22, 2009 Hmmm. I would say my 140... but since that has factory mods... I don't think that'd work here. They don't make the 140 anymore... so... if it were new.... It would probably just be a H157. Reason is this... I am happier with the jazzier sounds of my 140 than I would be the metal sounds of a 535. haha. So... I figure, it would get me the most milage in my years. So... yes... that is my choice. H157.
Dick Seacup Posted July 25, 2009 Posted July 25, 2009 I can't remember if I 'voted' earlier or not. Regardless, I'd have to say, if I can only have one, it'd be this one: It's pretty much the only guitar I play any longer. Weird.
rjsanders Posted October 3, 2009 Posted October 3, 2009 OK, for the purpose of this Friday Fun thread, your 1 and ONLY 1 guitar must be a Heritage. Also it must be bone stock...Not some way off the wall, custom, Firebird-shaped, 4 pickup, Tele-bridged one-off. We've already played that game here. So what's it gonna be? i've long been intrigued by the Super KB, but honestly i'd have to say my H-137. 'course if you asked me tomorrow (or even later today) it might be the goldtop H-157...and my Millie DC can cut through anything... <sigh>
big bob Posted October 3, 2009 Posted October 3, 2009 if I can only have one, it would probably be the next one!
mark555 Posted October 3, 2009 Posted October 3, 2009 would have to be a really fabulous finished H150CM, once saw one in the most fabulous plain flame top, but don;t know the name of the finish. It made me so frustrated because I could't afford to buy what for me was the perfect single cut, and as I keep saying, these guitars are so very rare over here.
tbonesullivan Posted October 4, 2009 Posted October 4, 2009 without question: of course by next year it should be back to stock with the roller bridge and big quick change tailpiece.

shook494 Posted October 4, 2009 Posted October 4, 2009 I would have to say this one. I absolutely LOVE this 150!!

DCA Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 As much as she'd likely appreciate new ownership, Dirty Dottie is the grand dame of my harrem. Sorry, you old rouged hussy, but you ain't going anywhere.
Jazzpunk Posted October 6, 2009 Posted October 6, 2009 This thread might as well be titled, 'You may have either oxygen or food-which will it be?'. Sorry but man cannot survive on one Heritage alone!

ThinLizzy Posted October 8, 2009 Posted October 8, 2009 Seeing as I only have one, it would be this one. But I have to say it's actually taken over the #1 slot over my SG.
FredZepp Posted October 9, 2009 Posted October 9, 2009 Hey Thin Lizzy, nice guitar with mini - humbuckers.... don't think that I'd seen that one before. cool. a little different and nice. and Shook494.... that dark finish has an old vintage vibe, ready to rock.
peerless Posted October 10, 2009 Posted October 10, 2009 My 140 2nd Edition. Best damn guitar I have ever played, period. I have played some really nice ones...Mostly Heritage 150s but the 140 with its superb balance, weight and authentic vintage paul tone is it for me. I'm surprised it is not more popular....It just adds to the legacy, without compromising anything. The HRW's in that guitar are the only pickups I have not swapped out for Bare Knuckles....that alone is saying alot. Jason www.peerlesstone.com
RhoadsScholar Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 My Chambered 170 is the one for me. Satified a lot of Guitar GAS and has a great history to go with it. Whenever I pick it up, I am amazed at the tonal possibilities I have available.
big bob Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 I change my mind again, I play this more than any I have
zookroo1 Posted November 22, 2009 Posted November 22, 2009 without question: of course by next year it should be back to stock with the roller bridge and big quick change tailpiece. Love the flame on that baby tbone!
