rwinking Posted October 24 Posted October 24 So I went into a music store and they had a BOGO free sale going on. To my surprize they had three brand new Heritages. An H150 CC, an H150 CC Artisan Aged and 575. Basically for $4700 I got a new 575 and a CC Artisan. I struggle with the aged guitar as I usually worry when I get a new guitar that I might get a ding. So buying an aged guitar, one doesn't have to worry. However if I pay less and then not give a shit about the clean guitar I can age it myself. But the flame on the CC Artisan sold me. So now I have more guitars. I suppose that in order to pay for these new ones I will have to sell an older one. I have a K seriel number burst that is quite nice and may show up here in the classifieds soon. Pictues will show up sooner or later. 3 1
ElChoad Posted October 24 Posted October 24 If you can afford them, you are stupid to not take that deal. I would have pounced, also 1
TalismanRich Posted October 26 Posted October 26 Wow, I never run across deals like that. I'm lucky if they have guitar strings as BOGO.
brentrocks Posted October 27 Posted October 27 There was a guitar shop in Midland Michigan that used to do that once a year with all of their inventory. it was basically a buy one at regular MSRP and get one for a penny, Mid Mich. Music was the store and I am pretty sure that @Dick Seacup will remember this.

Was somewhat acquainted with his daughter; haven't talked to either of them in many, many years. Rick eventually closed the music store. Think the big box and online places put him out of business. Used to like going in there just to browse and shoot the breeze. He still owns the building, though. Where the music store used to be is now a pizza shop, a distillery and a wine shop. He also built out a loft on the second floor, but last I looked the rent was, ah, a bit much. 1
