29er Posted Friday at 03:21 PM Posted Friday at 03:21 PM After catching Heritage fever last fall I finally pulled the trigger on this brand new Custom Core H-530. It was built on the 10th January, 2025 so it still thinks it's a tree! I owned a couple of 535's in the late 90's so I've known about Heritage for a while. After spending the last 20 years playing fingerstyle acoustic blues I got the electric bug again. As you all know, this is a special guitar and I'm a lucky man to own it. 5
TalismanRich Posted Friday at 03:37 PM Posted Friday at 03:37 PM I'm very fond of the appointments of the CC 535 and 530. The blocks and inlay give it an extra touch of class.
Spectrum13 Posted Friday at 06:26 PM Posted Friday at 06:26 PM The blocks and inlay give it an extra touch of class. More than a touch me thinks! 1
29er Posted Saturday at 02:32 PM Author Posted Saturday at 02:32 PM Thanks! This is the first brand new guitar I have bought in a long, long time. It's also the most expensive guitar I have ever owned. I tend to buy used instruments that I am able to audition in person. But this time I took the plunge with the hope that the Heritage factory & the dealer would do it right. I was not disappointed. The set up was perfect right out of the box. Fit & finish is the best I've seen from any manufacturer. The custom shop P90's do everything I need. I'm playing it through a Tone Master Bassman and wow, it just kills it. 2
rockabilly69 Posted Saturday at 05:58 PM Posted Saturday at 05:58 PM THat's a looker, congrats. I love the blocks.
MartyGrass Posted Monday at 03:28 PM Posted Monday at 03:28 PM H-530 is one of their best models. Light as a feather! The single coil sound is transcendent.
