What characterizes a 20th anniversary 150?

The only thing I've ever seen was a "20th Anniversary" banner in MOP on the headstock. AFAIK, that's the only difference.

Others might know more, but from discussing the 535 anniversary with Jay Wolfe I know these were basically his set of special order features on 150s/535s: bound headstock, spertzels with pearl buttons, SD antiquities, tone pro hardware, + select wood, and a headstock scroll anniversary inlay.(the 535s also have Jay's pickguard design.)  There's a 150 anniversary from Eddie's guitars that keeps cycling through ebay at 2.4g's.  It's there now.

The 20th Anniversary 150 Eddie's keeps listing is the Flying Dutchman of Heritage guitars.  It will float around out there forever at that price.

I've seen that one! There was a 555 from Germany at around 2.5k also. I don't think it ever sold either.

At the Orlando guitar show in February of 2005 Jay quoted me a price for the 20th anniversary model - $2,255.00. That was a "pre production price" and you could name your color.  It's hard to say what an "NOS" one should go for today.  It's obvious that at $2,400.00 this one isn't selling. Most folks that keep listing an item on ebay keep lowering the price until the market reaches the asking price. It seems that this isn't the case here. We might see this item listed for quite some time.

I haven't seen one, but I've got a 10th anniversary H-140 and it's the nicest guitar I've ever had, bar none.

I'd pay $2,250, or whatever, for another one just like it in a heartbeat.
