DLDTEX Posted March 7, 2009 Posted March 7, 2009 Greetings HOC Well I am celebrating 10 days of being a once again Heritage owner. The guitar is what I was looking for. The guitar is warm and resonant . It has a good acoustic tone unplugged and it sings when it is hooked up to an amp. The wood is fantastic as is true with so many guitars coming from Kalamazoo. The fretboard even had some flame. I have been playing it through Blackface and Brownface amps. I am putting together a Bassman/Plexi circuit soon but this guitar is too fun to play. It may take a little while. As smooth as the guitar sounds I may get close Duane's Fillmore East sound. Thanks again Bob, the guitar was in excellent condition. I took a few photos. Enjoy the weekend. ;D http://mysite.verizon.net/julie.derek/photos/sp35_1.jpg[/img] http://mysite.verizon.net/julie.derek/photos/sp35_2.jpg[/img] http://mysite.verizon.net/julie.derek/photos/sp35_3.jpg[/img] http://mysite.verizon.net/julie.derek/photos/sp35_4.jpg[/img] http://mysite.verizon.net/julie.derek/photos/sp35_5.jpg[/img] http://mysite.verizon.net/julie.derek/photos/sp35_6.jpg[/img] http://mysite.verizon.net/julie.derek/photos/sp35_7.jpg[/img] http://mysite.verizon.net/julie.derek/photos/sp35_8.jpg[/img]
Wolfi Posted March 7, 2009 Posted March 7, 2009 Congratulations. That's a very, very nice one. Looks like a sister of my 535, but your flame top is nicer !!!!
Kasper1ik Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 Nice looking guitars guys. I really wanna get one of these when I get the cash. Need to lighten my metal side up a bit. A Tobacco burst is what I'm after. I'll have to check that bay watch, or if someone plans on moving one out let me know. Just doing my homework now so I know what I want when I have the moolah.
GuitArtMan Posted March 8, 2009 Posted March 8, 2009 Derek, Glad you like the guitar - she's a beauty. Enjoy! Bob
