plexirocker 68 Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 I hope this works ;D Here's a few shots of the show. I have a bunch more. These were the Heritages at the show. Plus a couple real Bursts and a "53 Gold Top wraptail. I've played several Bursts over the years and have used them before in the studio, back when I was doing that stuff. Heritages are the closest current made guitar that gets in the ballpark with these babies. In fact I'll go on a limb and say that the exceptional Heritages kick some of these in the dirt. I haven't found ANY historic that comes close to the vintage LP tone. Yep IMHO. ;D plexi http://s106.photobucket.com/albums/m257/plexirocker68/
golferwave Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 Thanks for the pics and I agree with your assessment of the quality of Heritage!
smurph1 Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 Nice Pics..I agree as well..Since I will never be able to afford an "Holy Grail" LP, I will just enjoy the awesome quality of my $1100 Heritage..Plus, if someone spent $50k on a guitar like that you wouldn't be able to play it and enjoy it..
JohnCovach Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 Yep, those are some nice-looking "pre-Heritages"!
yoslate Posted April 21, 2009 Posted April 21, 2009 Nice Pics...if someone spent $50k on a guitar like that you wouldn't be able to play it and enjoy it.. If you know where I can pick up a nice "pre-Heritage" Burst for $50K, lemme know...NOW!
