barrymclark Posted July 21, 2009 Posted July 21, 2009 I was twiddling around with the AC50CP2 last night. I had the H140 out. After about 1 minute or so... I got the nicest jazz tone. Well, it sounded good to me anyways. haha. Wish I had a way to record it.
smurph1 Posted July 21, 2009 Posted July 21, 2009 My 140 seems to like almost any amp..It seems like the only tone i can't pull off is thrash..Don't like it anyway, so it's a moot point..

Able to cover a very wide spectrum. Just wasn't exactly what I was looking for at the time, tho'. So instead, I ended up with an AC30 CC1. If I remember correctly, the AC50 could do a decent job sounding AC30ish, too. So, just what is a Jazz Tone, anyway?

pressure Posted July 23, 2009 Posted July 23, 2009 I play a 140 thru a Victoria Deluxe with Klotz cable's. There's no way to get a bad tone with that 140, it's all good.
