I have actually had her for about a month now and she still amazes me! I have posted some pics in my "HNGD, my new 1999 H150" thread http://www.heritageownersclub.com/forums/i...ic=5295&hl= I ordered some parts from Heritage so I can take off the Gibson bits the previous owner put on. I will post a couple more pics when she looks the way she is supposed to! Kevin

DCA Posted August 5, 2009 Posted August 5, 2009 Boy golly, that is an increadible instrument! You've got enough flame for a dozen guitars. I'm happy to hear she's exceeded your expectations. The really neat thing about Heritage guitars is that they keep exceeding your expectations and blowing away your senses. Ten years after the purchase, I still routinely get the rush that accompanies whiffs of her fresh from the case new guitar smell. This, after years of smokey rock n' roll clubs and heaven knows what being splattered on the guitar. Invariably, a whiff of her smell brings out the best in me. I know it sounds crazy, but you'll soon understand what I mean. Being an arrogant jerk, I'd like to think that I can write good songs on any pile of trash instrument. Unfortunately, that's not the case. The best songs invariably bubble up on the Heritage. I'd kill to have an hour with that axe, it looks like it's saturated with good songs.
