PacerX Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=a556747...04e75f6e8ebb871 Sorry it's so huge..... I hates MP3's..... Still a little rough, but gets the idea across of the tone I love from my H-150, and that it does so well. Anything that doesn't sound like a guitar on there is either a guitar, a bass, a drum loop or the Godin through a Roland GR-20.
tulk1 Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 Well ... after going thru THREE screens to get to your song, DUDE!!. That is some tasty stuff right there. The intro is killer. Very Division Bell(ish), then the layered guitars. The way it starts (in my phones) left, right, then the center guitar comes in, the dual leads, the harmony riff up the scale. All killer stuff!! My kind of music right there, even tho' I play in a country band. Post more.
JeffB Posted August 13, 2009 Posted August 13, 2009 Yeah!!!!....... Good stuff. Couldve listened to more of that...and I dont even like prog rock!!!(That was prog, right??)

tulk1 Posted August 14, 2009 Posted August 14, 2009 Yeah!!!!....... Good stuff. Couldve listened to more of that...and I dont even like prog rock!!!(That was prog, right??) It certainly starts like it.
PacerX Posted August 19, 2009 Author Posted August 19, 2009 It certainly starts like it. Hmmmm... Might be! I have kind of a classical thingy in the back of my head I just can't shake. Started playing classical all those years ago... that might be what translates into prog. Anyways... Here's some more of the Godin + GR-20. Sort of a demo of the synth more than a real composition. Anything you hear that is not a guitar or drums is the guitar synth. The actual guitar parts are the H-150. http://www.mediafire.com/?sharekey=a556747...04e75f6e8ebb871
