As a 525 owner myself, I say congrats and man did you get the deluxe model 525!

Nice job. I love custom orders from Heritage. It lets you put your own stamp on a piece of history!

As a current owner of a formerly owned 525 I'll 3rd that. Really nice axe - love the dark sides with the lighter top. And a bigsby on it - oh YEH! Nice pickins'.

Absolutely gorgeous, Krohawk! I've wanted to see one of those in burnt amber, too. That is burnt amber, isn't it? Congratulations on a great guitar.

And welcome to the HOC!

Individually, there are a lot of features on that guitar that I do not like, but taken as a whole....what a gorgeous box. It has so many "look at me!" features that either hide or meld together into one brilliantly purposeful looking instrument.

Whereas so many exquisitly appointed instruments are a bit off-putting, yours screams "PLAY ME!!!!"

You, sir, can check off the "has a sense of aesthetics" box.

That's a brilliant guitar.

Whoa, I'd missed this one before some how. The walnut looks really classy, and that " black and tan" kind of look is totally cool. It really does scream to be played. Really unique looking Heritage that I could see any pro picking as the #1 to play. Excellent guitar !!!!

That is a very pretty guitar. Reminds me of the look of all-natural LP-type guitars, with dark (mahog) backs and necks, and light (maple) tops --a very organic look. I'm always happy to see 525's arrive in new hands -- I'm waiting not very patiently for the day when there will be some used ones on the market available for bottom feeders like me.
