The wait is killing me!

As most of you regs know, I just bought the 555 from Thundersteel. There'll be a bit of a wait for it while he takes care of some urgent family business. He graciously sent me a nice bunch of high res pics that are helping immensely, but I can't wait to plug this one in! I haven't been this anxious/excited about a guitar purchase in a long time! TS, if you're checking in, I hope everything is working out as well as possible.

Dude,

I totally understand. My new H-150 is due in tomorrow. I can't barely wait to crank it up.

Its going to be a long 24 hours,

I'll be flying out first thing tomorrow morning. I've got THREE guitars to ship out when I get back. Whew!

I just got an email that my Heritage will not ship out until Weds or Thurs. So I can relate to your feelings here. And mine is not being shipped by a regular here..... creates some anxiety..

I've been in that situation too, from an ebay transaction. makes you want to do the "rip van winkle" thing for 3 days and wake up to the sound of big brown out front!

That 555 from T-Steel is nice, skydog. I had a file of the pics on my desktop, so that I could flip through them and try to talk myself into that one. It just has a cool look/ vibe....

Thanks Fred. I am really looking forward to receiving it! I've owned a few 535's and got rid of them for some unknown reason related to GAS. I'm hoping this one is a keeper.

I guess i'm kinda in the same boat with you guys...i'm waiting for a call from Pete telling me the H 150 lipstick is ready to pickup. Hopefully tomorrow?

Waiting is half the fun. You're getting one nice axe. Have fun.

I have one on order and can't wait.

When is yours due SkyDog52? Perhaps we can carpool to Kazoo together... Kind of a "kill two birds with one stone" act.

So.......HighFlyingBird isn't going, right?

Oh, heaven's No! You see, he'd have to fly up here; apparently that gives him gas. And after the last trip to Kazoo; Whaff! There was this barely audible crepitation, like a tire about to loose its tread, coupled with the fragrance of pork farms the entire trip.

Oops, what I mean to say is that the HighFlyingBird recently purchased a new Heritage and has established a practice regimen that satisfactorily consumes his copious free time.

It's mildly ironic to say but the trip was worth it!

We mostly covered the effervescence with cigar smoke!

One of the best men I know, that Bird. You won't meet a kinder, more thoughtful person on the planet. My reason #2 for hanging out at the HOC.

Sir Bird, if you see this please know you're expected at the Detroit pre-PSPIII. You can lead the horn section.
