Grover 'Keystone' Tuners...OK or a step backwards?

My 525 has these really cool keystone tuners that I'm totally digging. I'm thinking about putting a set on 575 now as well.

Is this type of tuner on par with the 'standard' grover tuners that are currently on my 575? Any pros/cons?

These are the ones I'm lookin at but I'm open to others if they are better

Excuse the newb question on this but how the heck do I know if those will fit my guitar or not? Do I need to do some sort of measuring or does Heritage have a standard hole size they use? Thinking I may throw a set on the 535 as well!

And they can be had for $45 on ebay. I'm thinking of replacing the Sperzels on my soon-to-arrive H150 with the TonePros . . . (but not until I use the Sperzels for a while and see how I like them).

Well, from what I understand you will have to drill larger holes. I love Sperzels! I have them on 5 guitars I own (all 4 of my 150s and a PRS), but I was told you had to order them custom from the factory because the hole is smaller than normal.

Personally, I like the ivoroid look over the green kluson, but both are cool.

The Tone Pros Klussons dropped right in on my Les Paul and CS-336 - no drilling required. Also the buttons are Ivory color and not the snot green of the Gbrand versions. Rock solid, no slop, smooth turning, finest 3 + 3 tuners I've tried.

When I custom order my next Heritage(s) they will have Tone Pros Klusson tuners. ;)
