rlinwood
I own a 2000 Heritage Millennium Limited Edition (Mill LE). Has anyone any opinions on adding a gold Bigsby (B7 or B5)? I have been working on a web page for the guitar series (www.w0ui.com) This guitar was listed as Sequence #003 in the series (not SN). - The guitar originally shipped from Kalamazoo to Wolfe Guitar in Jupiter, FL. - I had bought it from the Axe Shop in New York - Anyone know who used to own this guitar? The 2000 Heritage catalog indicated that there was to be a maximum of 250 built. - Does anyone know how many of these were actually finished in 2000 and again in 2001? Apparently the guitars with Sequences #001 and #002 were not initially offered for public sale. - Might anyone have any information about them (prototypes, internal employee sales...) ? If you have a photo with you and your Millennium Limited Edition, email it to me (richard@rlinwood.com) along with the sequence number and I will add it to the page. I am looking for any comments related to content or accuracy. Regards, Woody

I own 2 , Heritage told me the run was limited to apx. 67 units. (for year 2000?) If I am correct your heritage tag is on the inside of the backplate... the first few where that way, now the tag is located under the top fhole. M.M. rlinwood
Yup...i have #22 and am loving it!!! Interesting that you appear to have two #22s - One is your Millie - What is the other one? So in 2000, they produced about 67 total? Do we have any idea what happened to 001 and 002 ? The tag inside the back plate and the original receipt sent to Wolfe (both on my Millie page at www.rlinwood.com) indicate that my guitar (#003) was the first one actually offered for sale. Could you send a pix and sequence numbers? Will add them to the MillLe page off www.rlinwood.com Yes - the internal tag was glued to the inside of the removable back plate. Based on what you were told, do we think there were 67 total (2000-2001) or just for 2000 and then another few in 2001 ?

rlinwood
Today I was taking a closer look at the wiring of my 2000 MilLE. I see what appears to be a soldered wiring connection that was wrapped with black tape. Additionally, I see a loose white white (runs over into the center block). See attached photo. Curious if someone could suggest where the unconnected white write might belong and why I might be seeing this cut/soldered/taped connection? Thanks. That barrel jack looks hauntingly like the one on my 2001 Millie SAE. And the extra wires - had lots of 'em in that baby. That solder job does look weird, tho'. Millennium Maestro
looking at the neck tone pot...i would say they are using white as a ground... could possibly be an extra length of the already attched ground of the bridge tone pot. If it is not broken and electronically functioning... I would let it be
