Foggy Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 Hi gang, Looking (long distance) at a 23rd Anniversary H-535 as my potential first Heritage. Does anyone know if they used a standard neck shape, depth and nut width or do they vary? A 1 11/16th nut and thicker neck work best for me. Thanks!
GuitArtMan Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 To the best of my knowledge all Heritage's come standard with a 1 1//16" nut. Of course someone could have custom ordered one with a narrower or wider nut width. As for neck deth it varies from instrument to instrument. I've played some 535s with what I would consider the slim '60s style neck and others seem to have a more late '50s happy medium. I've not played one with a big, beefy early '50s style neck, but thats not to say it couldn't be ordered that way.

Foggy Posted November 19, 2009 Author Posted November 19, 2009 Thanks guys! Is there anyone else who can weigh-in on this? Would love to hear from a 23rd anniversary owner who has calipers!
