cook Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 I had bought a Simon and Patrick acoustic cheap because the top was cracked and needed someone in the Kalamazoo area to fix it. I remembered Brent having someone local paint the silverburst, and we all know how nice that turned out. So by searching the forum I found Moreno's Guitar Clinic. He did a great job on the repair, and at a very reasonable price. Just wanted to let you guys know in case anyone needs any work done in the area that I highly recommend him. Cool guy too. Thanks for the heads up Brent.
brentrocks Posted November 18, 2009 Posted November 18, 2009 SWEET! Pete is the greatest....he is probably wondering why i havent brought him any projects lately.
Vincelewis Posted November 19, 2009 Posted November 19, 2009 Pete did a restoration of a 30's Gibber L 4 for a good friend of mine a few years ago. Wonderful refin and repair, and great price as well. Glad to know he is still working up there.
RJLII Posted November 20, 2009 Posted November 20, 2009 Pete's been working on my stuff since 1983. Great guy and great workmanship.
cook Posted November 21, 2009 Author Posted November 21, 2009 Yeah Brent, he was wondering when you would be back in. "That Brent, always wheelin and dealin" is what he said. Ha ha.

Pete and i will stand there in his shop and just talk for what seems like hours.....it seems like we always have something to discuss. I have spent so much $$$ there i'm in his "prefered customer" book.... seriously though, i would take my H 357 to him and leave it and not lose a minutes sleep...he has worked on my Gary Moore too. It will be a sad day when he retires. Finding someone you trust and that does good work and has reasonable rates it TOUGH!
