Doesn't do much for me with the multi-colored finish scheme. But if you like it, thats cool. Guess that's why they make them in so many different finishes.

oh, no...that led me to Jay's new 137DC...e-mail sent...

I've been drooling over the Korina 137 with the fat 50's neck. It just screams my name.

Sweet guitar for sure, but I'm quite happy with mine....

Quite Stunning...

An attention grabber , to be sure.

I really like it and imagine in person this is a very cool looking fiddle.

I'm safe. No traps and no bound headstock.

Uh, care to elucidate on that statement just a bit there, young man? :crazy_mini:

That is a nice one...but since I got the 2002 575 earlier this year and I just got the 157 a few weeks ago, my wife is holding on to my wallet for now  we need to start a treatment plan or one of us should be a counselor....you know like AA...we could call that person when we feel the urge.....Hmmmm...I don't think anyone here would be to sympathetic with that :crazy_mini:

Hmmm....it's an interesting guitar, but I don't know how I feel about it yet. Generally speaking, more than one color on a guitar tends to screw with my brain (excluding pickguards and other doo-dads).

well, as i told Jay, i'm a sucker for a pretty, symmetric (or close-to) double-cut. my 137 is outstanding, but i'm a-jonesin' on the new 137DC and 170s...

Jay's responded already & i sent a follow-up

I'm not normally a two-tone kinda guy, but there's something about that one I really like.

If it had a bound neck and headstock my bank account might be in jeopardy!

I might be in a minority here, but this choice of colors just makes everything on the 575 work for me.

Well, on the bright side, looks like she'll still be available by the time you get the funds together! :)

Steiner's 575 Blond on Walnut is still, without a DOUBT, king of the 575s (hey just my opinion)

Yeah, that's what I thought this was at first glance.... the trans black is just a little more ..."out there". ( and that's ok too)

But yeah, I think Steiner's is the "cats meow".

I love the idea of two tone, but trans black always looks (in a photo) like it was colored in with a sharpie. never seen one in person, though.
