slider313 Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 I love this guitars construction and quality, but I'm not sure if I'm bonding with the hollowbody thing yet. I do seem to be getting a little feedback with the guitar when facing the amp, no matter which amp I play through. I'll have to take it to rehersal for the final test. I'm just waiting on a Tone Pros stop tail for it also. :-
Dick Seacup Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 I mis-read the subject as "Boring with my H555." That brought some interesting images to mind. Feedback is certainly a concern with hollowbody guitars. Some people like it and work it into their music/art (Trey Anasatasio springs to mind with that killer, fully hollow Languedoc of his). Some people try and avoid it with plugs and foam. Wait, no, that was a chick I dated after I got divorced. (I keed!) I, for one, wish I could get my Milly DC pumping air, but it just isn't happening, so I'm envious of your H555. :-
Thundersteel Posted February 15, 2008 Posted February 15, 2008 Belleve it or not, my H150 LW feedsback as well. I can't figure that one out, as the top is pretty solid.
