tulk1 Posted January 19, 2010 Posted January 19, 2010 Hello everyone, The deal took a little turn sideways, but alls well that ends well. Pics to follow tomorrow. If you're curious, check my pic. Just sayin. Westley From the ears I'd say thats a Prospect. Eh? If so, most excellent choice. If not, well, most excellent choice 'cause it's still a Heritage.
westley Posted January 20, 2010 Author Posted January 20, 2010 Hello Turk1, GREAT guess, as its a OSB 535. Tune up. Plug in. Turn up. Westley
TalismanRich Posted January 20, 2010 Posted January 20, 2010 Looks good! Welcome to the 535 clan. They really are great guitars.
westley Posted January 20, 2010 Author Posted January 20, 2010 Hello everyone, I must of played 5 or more 535's at Wolfe Guitars, as this one had the deepest, richest and warmest voice. The setup was perfect, as it also had a full, C shaped neck. FWIW, I'm sincerely compelled to take this opportunity to acknowledge Graham Zebedee, the world class luthier, at Wolfe Guitars. From the perspective of dealer service and support, I so very much appreciate the fact that Graham personally inspects and sets up each guitar before it leaves the shop, as his set-ups are spot on. On a personal note, every time I have visited Wolfe Guitars, Graham always encourages me to play to my hearts content, answers ALL of my questions patiently, provides me with insightful and invaluable information and never rushes me. In point of fact, both Graham and Jay are truly rare, professional and priceless assete for Heritage. I am a fan of world-class guitars and professional service. Personally, I have NEVER played a finer guitar than a Heritage, nor have I EVER met a more outstanding dealer than Wolfe Guitars. Thank you Jay and Graham. Sincerely, Westley
