Blunote Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 Somebody's got a Burnt Amber '04 model w/Seth Lovers FS on ebay. So far, she's sitting at $810 with one day left. Could be a bargain for someone. H155 Millie
brentrocks Posted January 16, 2010 Posted January 16, 2010 if that stays under $1000, which is highly unlikely, that would be a friggin killer deal!!!!
brentrocks Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 OMG...blocks, bound inlayed headstock, great top.....that was well bought
TalismanRich Posted January 18, 2010 Posted January 18, 2010 Sold for $960. Someone got a great deal. I had to give that one a look, but passed. After playing the LE, I have come to really like the Milli and it was almost too good not to at least take a shot at! But luckily I came to my senses.

Assumer Posted March 18, 2010 Posted March 18, 2010 That is the model I once owned and foolishly traded for a PRS. Hated the PRS and really missed the Heritage.
High Flying Bird Posted March 18, 2010 Posted March 18, 2010 i bought 2 used Heritages yesterday Damn boy!
Gitfiddler Posted March 18, 2010 Posted March 18, 2010 That is the model I once owned and foolishly traded for a PRS. Hated the PRS and really missed the Heritage. Ain't nothin' wrong with a nice PRS...but you aren't the first to say that!
Kuz Posted March 18, 2010 Posted March 18, 2010 Guitars are all about tonal pallets. Heritages are my favorites for vintage humbucker tones by far. Contrary to popular opinion, PRS guitars sound very good, but they don't sound vintage. I have 3 PRS guitars now and they truely sound great (just not vintage). The problem is when guitar companies like PRS try to duplicate vintage tones when that is not what they do best. I have owned a single cut and a 245 PRS guitar and to my ear, they sounded nothing like my Heritages. But the Modern Eagle, DGT, and AL D PRS guitars I own sound great but with their OWN voice. I wish guitar makers would just stick to what they do best. Heritage = vintage PRS = their own voice
Assumer Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 oh I am sure the PRS was a great guitar but just not for me. I did not get along with the neck or the sound.
CJTopes Posted March 20, 2010 Posted March 20, 2010 2 H 150s...a blue one and a green one...both were good buys, couldnt say no Didnt you just buy a green one and a blue one? That Millie was a steal.....
TalismanRich Posted March 21, 2010 Posted March 21, 2010 oh I am sure the PRS was a great guitar but just not for me. I did not get along with the neck or the sound. I'm in total agreement. Picking up dozens of PRSs, none ever fit me well. Surprisingly, Hamers seem to be the same way. Don't know if its the width of the neck, or the radius or what, but they just feel awkward to me.
