heavenbound1 Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 The guitar has an orange top like a Gretsch. It is a Heritage single cutaway archtop. A beautiful guitar.. mint condition! There are H-535 guitars in the books, but can not find a H-537. I bought the guitar from a champion thumb picker who won a contest back in 1991. He said this was a promotional guitar he bought there... and he was able to special order how he wanted it. He got the Eagle pickups. I have photos is anyone needs to see it. Can anyone tell me anything about this guitar?? I plan to sell it.
rjsanders Posted January 17, 2010 Posted January 17, 2010 according to this here it's pretty much a single-cutaway H-535 + an extra feature or two (is the one you mean the same as this instrument?)...you might call Kalamazoo and ask them...i don't know what the "Eagle pickups" means, maybe someone else will. sounds like a mistaken detail to me...

heavenbound1 Posted January 17, 2010 Author Posted January 17, 2010 Kinda reminds me of a Roy Clark type... [/quote/] Yes... that completed ebay auction is very similar to mine including the serial number. In fact, I can find no difference. Everything on the tag is the same.

Pickups that are for the high end Heritage Eagle guitar is what I was told.
