Both pickups are mounted on the maple cap, and neither is mounted in the wood block. The bridge and the tailpiece are mounted in the cap and block. Here's the routing:

smurph1 Posted January 22, 2010 Posted January 22, 2010 Please correct me if I'm wrong, but I always thought a hollow body guitar by definition was meant to be played in lower volume situations..That's why the semi-hollow and solids were invented..So you can crank em..(especially the solids..) I always imagined a jazz box being used in smaller venue..with a stand up bass and drums..But what do I know...
