brentrocks Posted February 5, 2010 Posted February 5, 2010 Wolfe guitars has a blue H150CM up with a "custom pickguard" that is white pearloid, but gibson shaped. My 150 has the plastic one, and the problem is probably that the maker of the plastic rings is different than the people who made the pickguard, so it'll never match completely. I like how it looks though. Now I just need to keep myself away from that blue H150CM down at wolfe guitars. Wolfe gets some very interesting color/hardware/accessory combos.....most of which i think are pretty cool.....if you want a super duper one of a kind custom order, he would be the 1 to see. He is the biggest Heritage dealer in the world...and the one that been with Heritage from the beginning.
dhouse Posted February 5, 2010 Author Posted February 5, 2010 You're right. That blue H-150 at Wolfe is nice. I notice that a lot of the 150s at Wolfe have the Gibson-style pickguard. Will any standard Gibson les paul pickguard fit an H-150?
dhouse Posted February 6, 2010 Author Posted February 6, 2010 Count me in the pro-pickguard camp -- for this one anyway. Restored it to its original state tonight. Good stuff.
