BMG Posted February 18, 2010 Posted February 18, 2010 Hi everyone, I'm sorry if someone has already posted this but if not you might get a kick out of it. RS Guitar Works in KY offers some nice mods for all style of guitars. I'm having some work done to my H157 next week. I'll let you know how that sounds. but the guy in the demo is using an H150 with their pups and pots and sounds really good. I just thought it was cool he picked one of our beloved as a demo guitar. www.rsguitarworks.net enjoy!
Guido Posted February 19, 2010 Posted February 19, 2010 I already posted it with a link to the video! http://www.heritageownersclub.com/forums/i...?showtopic=7264 Personally I think there is no need for changing the electronics in a Heritage. Guido
mars_hall Posted February 19, 2010 Posted February 19, 2010 I hadn't seen this video. It is always good to see coverage of Heritage guitars. Thanks for sharing.

hiro Posted February 19, 2010 Posted February 19, 2010 yeah some guy demoing a h150 and a delta blues amp, really opened me up about the power of heritage.
paul144 Posted February 25, 2010 Posted February 25, 2010 yeah some guy demoing a h150 and a delta blues amp, really opened me up about the power of heritage. I think that guy was me
Guido Posted February 26, 2010 Posted February 26, 2010 I think that guy was me Congrats on your modifications! The guitar really sounds awesome. I was thinking about the same upgrade too, but the pickups are very expensive. In the end I ended up buying equal expensive pickups, but from a German luthier. I would have liked to hear if switching the electronics really makes any difference. Would have been nice to have a "before" and "after" comparison. I will first only change the pickups and see how they work with the standard electronics and then maybe upgrade to the RS wiring harness. But again congrats to a great sounding guitar!!! Guido
