new HFT 445 owner(as of yesterday)

thanks for the replies to obviously rare HFT 445's . Will be posting pics very soon. As i said earlier, two of my buddies also have 445's and i finally found one and my guitar was stamped on the same day as one of my friends guitars . the last two digits of my guitar are 01 and his last two are 04 how cool is that!? any info on these guitars would be greatly appreciated ie* rarety, value, how many were made, when did production stop, etc.... thanks
