barrymclark Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 T'is alright. Gives it character. I don't think I have a single instrument that isn't beat all to hell.
Gitfiddler Posted March 15, 2010 Posted March 15, 2010 My best playing, sounding and feeling guitars have the most dings, dongs and 'beauty' marks on them.
hiro Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 Stuff happens . . . especially when you play it. But yeah gets me punch a hole in the wall or throw a chair across the room enraged (not that I do it, the fear of doing additional damage to the Heritage looms and checks the nuclear stand off). Don't do what I did and play late. I was sitting in a classical position and drifted off. I felt it slide and got up to find it the neck resting in between my legs with the guitar bottom on the carpet. But before it met the carpet, the 150 had scraped on the top leg of the chair (its has a + type of legs) so their's a mark in the back. Its right in line and behind the bottom strap knob . . . The guy tape label incident, uber foul. Hope he comped you on the repair or something. "You're supposed to fix it, not break it more!!"
cod65 Posted March 16, 2010 Posted March 16, 2010 You took a chain saw to your 158? I was hungry, I guess
