Thanks guys. I was looking at a darker burst that sold when I ran across this one. It was the right guitar at the right price. Now I have to face the wrath of the wife.

Now I have to face the wrath of the wife.

At PSP2 Steiner sold me a 535 and we both had to deal with Linda.

Good looking guitar. I had one much like this. It was a tone machine.

Charter Members are a bit rare. I think there are maybe 39 of them? Nice to see another one of you pop back in. And with such a nice new guitar! Coolio!

Wow, I was so excited to get the guitar I didn't even notice the amp. They carry some really nice stuff.

Welcome back...and with a very vintage looking 150. Sweet!

And by the way, you are never really out of 'the club' once you get your first Heritage...even if you part with it. The desire to replace it with one...or two more is much too powerful. :(

So now that it is here, I love it. Plays great, sounds great. I do have a couple of questions. I read on some post that 2008 and on Heritage used better pots and wiring. Is this true? My serial number begins with an X and if I am correct it is a 2007. Is it worth upgrading these things? Next, this is the lightest LP type guitar I have played. Is this usual for Heritage? Seems like my last one was a bit heavier? I love the light weight but just curious.

Congratulations Assumer! They are hard to beat, aren't they?

Pull the 3-way switch cavity cover on the back and see if it's hollow - it may be a light weight. Or, perhaps you're thinking that you're getting too much tone for the mass - welcome to the world of Heritage!

I haven't read about electronics changes on this forum. Perhaps some of the others know of a permutation. Enjoy!
