Albertino Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 Hi everybody! I'm Albertino from Savona, Italy. I'm sorry for my English... I'll try to get across! I bought a wine red H535 last week. The guy at the music store told me that the model is a Classic, equipped with Duncan 59 pickups. Yet I didn't find any proof of that in the case... I mean: no docs by Seymour Duncan, no Seymuor Duncan sticker... Mmmhhh... Plus, through one of the f-holes in the body, I can read this info from "Heritage Guitar Custom Shop": H535 T.R.W.R. "S. Lovers" or "S. Levers" (I can't understand if the second letter is an "o" or an "e"...) Y31706 (serial number, of course...) So... Is this model a Classic? Is this model Duncan Seth Lover equipped? Or is this just a signature by one Heritage employee named Lovers or Levers? ;-) Thank you so much! Have a nice day... By
tulk1 Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 Albertino, Welcome to the HoC. Sounds to me like you have an H535 equipped with Seth Lover pickups. Which would be my choice over SD59s, anyday. When you get a chance, post a picture or two.

FredZepp Posted March 22, 2010 Posted March 22, 2010 A wine red 535 is going to be a sweet looking guitar. So yeah , the pictures will be nice to see. Seth Lovers have a nice vintage sound. I like Duncan '59s also......, but those Seth Lover pickups should sound really nice in that guitar.
