Well, never heard back from Ren. Guess they are not interested in new business.

 

Oh well. Put an order in for a G6120SHLTV tonight. Would have liked to buy American, but whatever.

Me, too.

 

You have to go through a dealer to get a quote and order the guitar (like you have to for any other guitar, other than the mail order stuff).

 

If you did go through a dealer they should be calling Heritage for you.

 

AND REMEMBER THE FACTORY IS CLOSED EVERY FRIDAY!!!!

I was gonna say these questions would have been better run through a dealer. Wolfe really seems to hve a finger on the pulse of Heritage. Good place to start.

 

 

The 525 is also a wishlist guitar for me.

Maybe Heritage should take this off of the website so as not to confuse potential customers:

 

"What about a Heritage is not custom? The range of hardware and customization configurations available allows us to provide a truly one of a kind custom guitar. Keep reading for more information about custom options provided here at Heritage, or visit the contact page to ask us about the custom ideas you have in mind."

Yes, I do agree that they should get better at personal communication (although if you call M-Th between 7:30 -10 AM EST you will ALWAYS get through).

Heritage is not going to give you a price quote that will have to come through a dealer. They may tell you what they can and cannot do, but prices come through the dealers. Because each dealer will have a different mark up.

 

I guarantee if you call during the above times (and the factory is open, not off for Christmas or summer break weeks) you WILL get to speak with Ren, Marv, or Vince (if Vince is in).

 

AND THE ABSOLUTE BEST WAY TO GET A HOLD OF THE GUYS AT HERITAGE IS VIA PHONE!!!!

I brought the topic to the board. Then, the dealer. Dealer asked me to contact Heritage about one of the items. I did. No reply.

 

My inquiry probably got lost in the shuffle.

I am not trying to be a pain, but to really help. Did you call or e-mail?

 

And it's just my opinion, but the dealer should have contacted Heritage and not make you do it.
