dwilliams Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 Hi All, Again thanks for all your input when I was considering getting either a Yamaha SA2200 or a Heritage. I ended up purchasing this 09 535 off ebay and just received it today. It is in like new condition and plays great! Thought I would post a couple of pictures. The photo on the right is my current collection. I am running the guitars through a Swart STR amp.
FredZepp Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 That is a super looking 535. They just work some kind of magic when doing the finish... and ...wow. I'm glad that you made the right choice and now own a piece of 225 Parsons St. magic. Give us a review when you have a chance.... I forget what pickups are in this one. Happy New Guitar Day to you....
Spectrum13 Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 That's what we were talking about! Classic I got a thing for a spalted t-caster.. also very nice..
ronalr Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 Congratulations on the new Heritage....can't go wrong with the 535.....and that is a great finish on that one!!!!!
High Flying Bird Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 It looks like my first 535. It will howl! Good decision.
Flat Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 Awesome 535! Luv the color! I'm also curious about the cool humbuckered Tele. Is that an official Fender release or something you customized? It looks like the headstock logo says Fender, but I've never seen one quite like that. Could you tell me a little about it? Great trio! Those three guitars cover a lot of tones!
jmc7581 Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 REALLY nice machine! Gorgeous finish. You've got the "earthtones" thing going with that collection!

jrfreed Posted April 1, 2010 Posted April 1, 2010 Awesome guitar! Congrats WORD OF CAUTION...throw a polishing cloth over the wall hanger and THEN hang the guitar. The plastic/rubber will eat and discolor your finish. Would hate to see scars on her for no reason!
