FredZepp Posted April 30, 2010 Posted April 30, 2010 I'm going to ask for a silver stinger as well. I think that would be totally bitchin. Wow , that is a cool idea...

I'll be checking with the dealer next week. conorb I just got off the phone with my dealer and Heritage will NOT make any changes to the 25th Anniversary models. They will all be the same. So no traps or block inlays and no silver stinger on the back of the neck. Apparently they liked the idea, but they are not going to allow modifications to the 25th Anniversary model. So, now I'm quite torn. Get a 1 in 25 or order my own similar (but not 25th Anniversary) model. I guess I could buy one of Brent's that he has for sale. Still, I've already got a h150. conorb

It would be a hard choice between the custom and the 25th anniversary... but if they will make one like a 25th anni, I'd do the custom.... silver stinger and all.....
Spectrum13 Posted May 5, 2010 Posted May 5, 2010 You could wait for the 30th anniversary or get a 1 off.
conorb Posted May 5, 2010 Author Posted May 5, 2010 You could wait for the 30th anniversary or get a 1 off. I don't understand how waiting 5 more years for the 30th will provide anything different. I would still have to get what Heritage defines as that particular anniversary model. conorb
Kuz Posted May 5, 2010 Posted May 5, 2010 Just order your custom guitar as a one off and not as a 25th anniv. IMHO, the one off are worth more. Think about it, own a 1 out of 25 OR a 1 out of 1!!!!!!
