bolero Posted April 29, 2010 Posted April 29, 2010 not a great photo but hey...what the heck, cheap camera with flash here's the blue 2006 H150 I bought off Brent a few weeks back ( thx Brent!! what a great gtr! ) beside my old sunburst '93 H150 just finished changing strings, I am hooked on DR 11-50's right now, I like them a lot the '93 has Wolfetone legends in it, the blue one has lollar imperials for now, they are both fantastic playing & sounding gtrs interesting headstock changes, I like the fatter shorter one they use now more, cosmetically
jjkrause84 Posted April 29, 2010 Posted April 29, 2010 I still can't tell you how jealous I am of you snagging Brent's blue baby there.....couple that with a JTM45/100 and oh dear! Killer rig, man
bolero Posted April 29, 2010 Author Posted April 29, 2010 thx! yeah that thing sounds great....the cleans are fantastic too, it really nails Jimi's 1st album with a strat, and Zeppelin/ZZ top/Cream with a LP I think I posted this before, but here's another not-so-great photo lol, I'll have to get a decent camera sometime
FredZepp Posted April 29, 2010 Posted April 29, 2010 Some delicious photos , even with a cheap camera. The 150s look awesome and the pickups are good for the tone also. And the Marshall gives some cool vibes also......
barrymclark Posted April 29, 2010 Posted April 29, 2010 To be honest, when I first saw this thread, I was REALLY hoping this was more Swedish pron SPAM.
FredZepp Posted April 29, 2010 Posted April 29, 2010 interesting headstock changes, I like the fatter shorter one they use now more, cosmetically Yeah, but which headstock design sounds better...? more vintage authentic? .... JUST KIDDING...
