Thundersteel Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 Both my Bluesbird & H150LW rocked! They each gave a nice, woody tone to the sound. So, why did I sell them? Sheer stupidity!
skydog Posted May 24, 2010 Author Posted May 24, 2010 ^^^^^^^As you and I both know, my friend, you can't keep them all!
ledzef Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 My Les Paul is chambered and I'm just not real happy with the sound. Finally got the Lollar put in the neck and it sounds better seems like a guitar for stage work not the studio. If you want to lay down a beefy sound on tape I'd go with a full solid body. And if you want to play a heavy guitar try Millenium Maestro's Class of '59 with the black limba the U.S.S. Ronald Reagan could use that for a anchor but what a wonderful guitar to play and look at.

Yeah baby.. all Abord!!! My Heaviest was a 78 25/50 anniversary LP probably close to 14#... my CO59's dont seem heavy to me!
koula901 Posted May 24, 2010 Posted May 24, 2010 It's kind of the opposite of Gibby... they do weight relief on all of theirs , unless you buy a couple of particular models. Heritage does not weight relieve any 140/150/157 models .. unless you buy a LW model. ( It's hard to find a true solidbody Gibby anymore ) I believe they also don't weight relieve the 137, either.
Assumer Posted May 25, 2010 Posted May 25, 2010 I need to open my H-150CM. It is the lightest guitar I own. Lighter then my music mans and my strat.
