brentrocks Posted March 6, 2008 Posted March 6, 2008 I was playing my 140 this morning and realized something.... the way Heritage does their output jacks (solid body) is second to none...if you pull on the cable you dont break a cheap plastic plate (gibson). I dont know how they do the hollows, but i love the design on the solids!!!
Gitfiddler Posted March 6, 2008 Posted March 6, 2008 Good eye, Brent. However, the semi-hollow Heritages need a similar jack plate to prevent possible damage in that area. I plan on putting one on my H555. More important is that Heritage elected to put the semi's input jack ON THE BOTTOM OF THE BODY and NOT in the TOP!! BRILLIANT!! Now pass me another Guiness please.
cosmikdebriis Posted March 6, 2008 Posted March 6, 2008 Now pass me another Guiness please. I think that's Southpaw you need to be asking about Guiness >
Dick Seacup Posted March 6, 2008 Posted March 6, 2008 I think he meant to say Bass Ale. I'll take half of each.
Thundersteel Posted March 6, 2008 Posted March 6, 2008 Budwieser Buttwiper? Yuck! Make mine either a Sammy Adams or Yuengling.
tulk1 Posted March 6, 2008 Posted March 6, 2008 Buttwiper? Yuck! Make mine either a Sammy Adams or Yuengling. You want a Youngling? Uh .... really? The things you learn about people on this forum. ... Make mine Amber Bock, please. And I really dig that the jack is on the outside lower bout on the 535. Don't recall what it's like on the 157.
