How many guitars does Heritage make in a year?

I was just wondering about how many Heritage guitars are made annually. My interest was particularly piqued because of two items: one, I saw how

acoustic guitars were made (in a hurry, with lasers and stuff) on a a Science Channel program. And two, I just saw a Taylor Guitsrs

magazine, where they said they were currently turning out 50 Baby Taylors A DAY!!

 

Holy guacamole!

 

And I can’t imagine how many Gibbers and Fenders are cranked out in a day, much less a year…...

The number I'd heard kicked around for the last few years, before the economy really slowed, was 1200 +/-
