skydog52 Posted August 25, 2010 Posted August 25, 2010 First I want to thank: SouthpawGuy for posting the H-555 at Music Go Round in Kentucky. Next I want to thank TalismanRich for going there and checking it out for me. Second I want to thank: Brent for selling me the H-535 Custom at that price. You're a true gentleman. Third I want to thank: All the people at Heritage for making the H-357 everything I hoped for and more. Special thanks to Marvin Lamb for doing such a great job on this and keeping me informed on the build. I can't say enough about this man. He is true salt of the earth. I am so glad I came to the PSP3 this year. I have gotten to know him throught this build and talking to him at the event.

barrymclark Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Holy Crap! You had one helluva day! Those sure are sharp! The 535 is my favorite of the bunch!
fxdx99 Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Just repeatin' what everyone else has said - wow. Those are some GREAT guitars - especially the 357. Truly a beautiful piece! Enjoy!
yoslate Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Skydog: Saw the 357 on the rack, at PSPIII Snagged my eye, it did, and I thought...Woof! Then you told me how it would be appointed. Man...did that on turn out righteous, or what?! Nice concept! The other two...sheesh!! Congrats on the three-way! Only thing I'd have done a little differently: 3-ply pickguard, b-w-b.
Guest mgoetting Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 I saw the 357 when the neck was being sanded. I didn't know it would end up with you. Marv was doing the work.
FredZepp Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 Man.... I don't know how you handle getting these three at one time... Every time you pick one up , there's two more waiting to be discovered. Congrats on the great New Heritage Day (X3)... impressive. The 357 is something to behold... and great to see Marv as it was coming together..
kbp810 Posted August 26, 2010 Posted August 26, 2010 I somehow had a feeling I'd be seeing pics of a certain new 357 in the very near future... I stopped by Music Man after work yesterday and was talking Heritage with MIke. He happened to mention that someone had just walked out of the store with a custom order 357 Congrats on the NGD X 3!
