  1. All true statements
  2. The web says a limited run of 50. No telling with the record keeping back then. I recently saw a sapphire blue one that was made in 2015. What year is your beauty?
  3. Fine looking H-555s. Dibs.
  4. Or Green Oak Guitar. Green Oak Guitar | Gbase.com > Guitars Amps & More
  5. Get off my lawn!
  6. I had a 2002 with HRWs, so yes. Pull the pickups they are marked.
  7. Looking forward to hearing this combination. Heritage Guitars Favorites · 1h · Tone that truly inspires. The Custom Shop 40th Anniversary Edition 225 Classic Humbuckers are the very heart of our 40th Anniversary H-150 and H-555 models. Meticulously wound right here in-house with Alnico 5 (neck) and Alnico 2 (bridge) magnets, they deliver incredible note separation and dynamic response you have to hear to believe.
  8. I liked Monsters too. Nice playing!
  9. I have a H-555 on order.
  10. Just pony up for one or both of these. 1959 Humbucker Collector’s Edition Series 1, | Gibson 1959 Humbucker Collector’s Edition Series 2, | Gibson
  11. I have it somewhere here. Great pics of the great guitars the old guard put out.
  12. Marv made an all walnut Marvbird for CJ Stanley from wood that he provided to Marv. CJ owns probably about 1/3 of the Marvbird's out there. Part of his collection.
  13. Marv told me he never made a prototype. They are all Marvbirds to me. According to Marv he made them all. He did all the tooling and templates for them. His best estimation of how many he made was around 75. He told me he wished he would have kept a complete list of them. He said he named the model a 357 was a little dig at Gibson for their Firebird 3, 5 and 7.
  14. Finally found a picture of mine.
